This unique course is designed for qualified reflexologists who wish to use the vibrational energy of crystals within their practical application of reflexology. It will show you how to use the healing energy of crystals and how to integrate them into your reflexology routine.
What we will cover in the workshop:

Facial Reflexology is a wonderful energy rebalancing therapy that engages with the natural healing processes within the body. This method originated from a Vietnamese system of Facial acupressure developed in the 1980’s. In the same way as foot reflexology, areas on the face correspond to specific areas of the body. Your clients will also experience profound states of relaxation from this gentle and soothing treatment. As well as being a holistic therapy, it has the added benefit of facial rejuvenation. Careful palpation and stimulation of the plentiful supply of nerves and blood vessels within the facial muscles and soft tissue not only re-energises and increases circulation but also has the added bonus of leaving the face looking smoother, more toned and radiant.
Facial Reflexology will enable you to enhance your existing practice by being be able to offer clients an alternative to foot Reflexology or to create a bespoke treatment, combined with your existing skills.
During the course we will cover:
History of Facial Reflexology
Introduction to maps of the face
A Facial Reflexology treatment routine
Sequences for specific conditions
Supervised practical sessions
Further reading provided reviewing the anatomy of the head and neck.
What to bring:
Couch or Reflexology recliner cover.
Small hand towel.
Pillow.
Blanket.
Antibacterial hand gel for your own use.
If you would like to bring your own carrier/facial oil to use on the day, please feel free to do so.

Often when we study Reflexology, working on the hands becomes a side note, as there is so much to learn about the feet. Here we are able to delve deeper.
Hand Reflexology is a beautiful and nurturing treatment in its own right, as well as a useful alternative to working on the feet. There are times when people cannot have their feet touched for medical reasons; this therapy can be a useful tool to support, bring balance and offer the comfort of touch.
It is also a useful skill to be confident in, as some people do not like their feet being touched!
During the workshop, we will explore:
The location of Reflexology points on the hands.
Positioning yourself and the client comfortably.
Suitable Mediums
What to bring:
Small towel.
Your preferred medium - Reflexology wax, carrier oil or hand cream/lotion.
Antibacterial hand gel for your use.
Antibacterial wipes for use on your client.
Pillow to support your client.
Blanket.
You will receive a course manual to take home with you and a Nurturing Tranquillity CPD certificate (6 points)
TIME: 10am-5pm
Open to qualified Reflexologists
Intuitive Reflexology is not a new technique or even a new type of reflexology. Instead it is about sensing what each foot needs the most and directly working on the reflex areas that present. It is a client focused, gentle, way of working.
By working with the sensitivity of therapeutic touch we are able to adapt our reflexology technique to connect with and potentially release emotional blockages. We adapt our techniques with the use of gentle deep-reaching touch and long holds in certain reflex points.
Intuitive Reflexology really is the most beautiful form of reflexology and connection. It respects the intelligence of your analytical mind, appreciating what we have learned but also calls on a deeper wisdom to guide you. Your conventional reflexology training and skills and your intuition are merge.
During the workshop we will explore:
Understanding energy and energy blockages
Using your instinct and trusting what you feel
Thinking, feeling and working beyond your basic routine
Connecting reflex points for emotional balance and clearing
Using light touch and long holds
Using the breath – i.e. yours and your clients
Working with sound
Recognising emotional holding in the body through reflexology
Encouraging and supporting the body to start to clear emotional blockages
Creating the optimal healing space for your session
Working on each other in class: experiencing techniques as a therapist and client
You will receive a course manual to take home with you and a Nurturing Tranquillity CPD certificate (6 points)
TIME: 10am-5pm
During treatments there will be times when you will feel an area of imbalance or a sensation that you cannot attribute to a reflexology point or zone. By looking at these areas in more detail, we find that they are often on a meridian pathway or a specific tsubo point.
Each time we carry out a reflexology treatment we are, albeit unknowingly, working over the meridians as 12 of the 14 meridians either start or end in the hand or foot.
During the workshop we will learn to feel the energy of the meridian and learn which points are affective to access in specific common conditions and which ones to avoid in situations such as high blood pressure and pregnancy.
Topics will include:
Eastern medicine – the concept:
Meridians
Qi
Tsubo points
The body clock (Meridian Cycle)
Yin and yang
Law of the 5 elements
Eastern and Western approaches to Reflexology
The 14 meridians of the body
Meridian Pathways on the hands and feet
Integrating meridians into your reflexology session
Self-treatment: increasing your energy levels with an energising meridian massage exercise

Drums are among the oldest and most widespread instruments in the world, most ancient cultures used drums in varying forms in story telling, healing ceremony and ritual for their rhythmic, hypnotic qualities and for their ability to unite and motivate us – it’s all in the rhythm!
The deep resonant tones are very grounding while the repetition of a steady beat is very hypnotic and leads our brain into its meditation state as all primordial sounds do and this is where deep healing can take place.
The use of drumming therapy can be a very powerful one for you and your clients. While you facilitate a very deep relaxing meditation for them, you find yourself also, in a deeper state of awareness creating a temporary energetic connection to the spirit of the drum, ancestors and probably your client.
Clients may react differently to the treatment. Some fall asleep, some feel very physically aware and some feel like they have drifted off to a very happy place! Following a session, the client can continue to experience the benefits of having been in the meditative state for some time.
What we will cover:
Introduction to drums – which ones and why
Playing techniques – how to get the best out of any drum
Tools – sticks, strikers or hands?
Story or journeying – to speak or not to speak?
What to expect and look out for in your clients – reading reactions

Sound Healing is a beautiful healing modality that utilises both ancient and modern concepts.
Everything within creation vibrates at a certain frequency, when our bodies have injury or imbalance either physically or energetically by using calming frequencies and the application of vibration we can feed back to our bodies when something is out of tune.
Sound therapy, in essence, is a form of vibrational medicine. As the bodily cells vibrate at frequencies caused by the instruments used, the body naturally returns to a balanced state of harmony, releasing blockages in the life force energy. A process of cleansing and re-balancing.
Join us on an exciting Journey into Sound Healing.
This training course aims to give you the confidence to use a variety of instruments for helping others
What we will cover:
Introduction to the principles of Sound Healing

This workshop is an overview of the Chakra system in the body, and how we can use crystals to support and benefit them.
For those looking for a more in depth exploration of each individual chakra, using crystals, colour and sound, you can find these listed under ‘Healing Workshops’.
The Chakras are a part of the energy system of our body; connecting the physical, mental, and emotional elements within us.
The word “chakra” comes from the Sanskrit meaning “wheel” or “disk.” There are seven major chakras, each with a corresponding colour, specific location in the body and particular attributes.
Laying crystals on the body for healing purposes has been practiced for thousands of years. Each type of crystal has its own wonderful and unique natural energy that can be used in order to encourage healing and bring balance and peace; to people, animals and the environment we live in.
By combining the use of crystals and our Chakra system, we can enhance any therapy session – whether it is Reflexology, Massage, Energy Healing and more!
