Candlelit Sound Bath - Sound Journey Meditation
TIME: 7pm onwards
There is nothing quite like a sound bath!
Sound meditation uses vibrational healing methods to encourage relaxation and to quieten the mind. The frequencies and vibrations permeate and activate every cell and fibre of your body, creating a deep sense of relaxation and calmness.
This is a time to relax, reflect, reconnect and replenish. You will enter a world of vibration, frequency, sensation and experience. The results are waves of peace, heightened awareness, and relaxation of the mind, body and spirit.
Cautions- not suitable for:
ladies in the first trimester of pregnancy
people with pace makers or other implants
those suffering from serious heart conditions
acute or serious mental health problems
or those who may suffer from sound induced epilepsy
Tinnitus and Meniere’s
Please let us know of any other health concerns we need to know about. In addition, It is advisable not to have a heavy meal or alcohol beforehand.
*What to bring*
A yoga mat (we do have mats available but you may want to bring one for extra padding)
A pillow and blanket and anything else that we make you comfortable
